This is not a conventional project delivery role. Unlike the industry-standard positions that are hands-off, our role demands technical telco knowledge and customer-facing skills. You'll be at the forefront of complex, large-scale telecom projects, managing every aspect from initiation to completion. You will thrive if you enjoy strategic client interaction, guiding clients through their project lifecycles, and ensuring their needs are proactively addressed.

What you will be doing

  • Manage complex, large-scale telecom projects, such as the core Online Charging System (OCS), while facilitating cooperation across various departments to meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients throughout project lifecycles, ensuring their strategic and operational needs are met and effectively managing escalations.
  • Drive continuous improvements in service delivery by leveraging generative AI and other advanced technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Drives Totogi’s market leadership by delivering and refining major telecom projects, ensuring strategic alignment and superior service innovation

Candidate requirements

  • Senior-level experience as a project director or senior manager in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong background in designing and implementing solutions using AWS technologies such as EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, and CloudFormation
