This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be the primary guide for families navigating a high-stakes decision about their child’s future. You’ll speak directly with parents, qualify leads, provide concierge-level support, and drive each admissions journey from first inquiry. Along the way, you’ll wield cutting-edge AI tools to streamline workflows, manage your pipeline, and eliminate admin bloat — freeing you to focus on what matters most: building trust and driving outcomes.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the full admissions experience for assigned families — ensuring every step, from inquiry to final decision, is handled with care and clarity.
  • Qualifying inbound leads from UHNW/HNW families using smart questioning, CRM data, and AI-powered insights.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all parent communications, scheduling, and follow-ups — delivering a white-glove experience regardless of outcome.
  • Leveraging AI tools and CRM systems (like HubSpot) to prioritize tasks, automate follow-ups, and reduce manual work.
  • Collaborating with the Admissions Director to align on decisions, surface trends, and continuously refine what great looks like.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Relying on rigid scripts or step-by-step manuals — this role demands intuition, polish, and consultative decision-making.
  • Getting stuck in red tape — you won’t be buried in cross-department approvals or waiting on others to take action.
  • Delegating relationship management — you’re the trusted point of contact, start to finish.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a white-glove, high-conversion admissions journey that earns family trust and advances Alpha’s nationwide expansion.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role with a track record of building trust and driving conversion (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, executive recruiting, philanthropy).
  • Demonstrated success in qualifying leads and managing multi-step customer journeys 
  • Proven ability to communicate with polish and empathy, especially with discerning or high-stakes stakeholders.
  • CRM fluency (preferably HubSpot) and comfort using AI tools to drive efficiency and insight.
  • Based in the U.S. and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends aligned with family schedules.

Nice to have

  • Background in private education, premium service environments, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with Alpha’s model or demonstrated passion for education reform.
  • Experience refining or managing AI-powered sales/admissions workflows.
