Virtual School Ambassador   $100,000 USD/year

Description

You're already leading the conversation. Now do it with the backing of a school that shares your vision.

If your content helps parents rethink how kids learn, this role was built for you. Novatio is a virtual private school designed for families who know traditional schooling isn’t working. Our students master core subjects in just two hours a day, with personalized AI-powered lessons that unlock time for culture, creativity, and real growth. We’re based in Arizona, aligned to the state’s standards, and nationally accredited, open to families across the U.S. with $10K tuition and strong financial aid options.

We’re hiring a full-time digital evangelist. Someone who’s already influencing parent decisions online and wants to go further. You’ll turn your social presence into a force that drives enrollment. You’ll use stories, content, and conversations to move skeptical parents from doubt to conviction. We’re not looking for a marketer. We’re looking for a creator with a mission.

What you will be doing

  • Create reels, shorts, essays, podcasts, or threads that explain why Learning from Home works – and why Novatio is different.
  • Host webinars and live Q&As for parents who are curious, cautious, or concerned.
  • Turn personal experience, education research, and parent conversations into emotionally resonant content.
  • Build trust with your community by answering questions, addressing pushback, and offering clarity, not spin.
  • Track what matters: how many parents reach out, sign up for events, or choose Novatio because of your work.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Selling to the 1%; Novatio is for families who need both quality and affordability.
  • Delegating content to a team; this role is about you, not a brand voice.
  • Hiding behind scripts or polished PR; you’ll speak with honesty and vulnerability.
  • Posting for vanity metrics; we care about depth, not just reach.
  • Skimming the surface; this role demands rigor, storytelling, and deep understanding of family choices.

Key responsibilities

Build trust and drive enrollment by turning your online voice into a powerful, parent-facing movement for better education.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5K engaged followers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, or Substack, with a clear voice and active posting history.
  • A regular publishing cadence (weekly or more) in the last 90 days.
  • Content that speaks to K–12 parents, critiques traditional schooling, or explores alternatives like gifted programs, home learning, or school choice.
  • Strong written and verbal storytelling skills across both short- and long-form formats.
  • Deep understanding of K-12 education challenges, needs, and trends in the US/Canada
  • Comfort speaking live and responding to tough questions from real parents.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, Notion AI) for research, writing, scripting, or production.
  • Willing to travel within the US for conferences and industry events.
  • If located in the US: eligible to work without visa sponsorship
