What you will be doing

  • Harness AI to transform customer interactions, delivering efficient issue resolution and personalized engagement
  • Elevate product engagement through AI-powered recommendations and user experience customization
  • Drive growth and minimize churn by implementing AI-optimized customer success strategies

  • Chasing new leads or handling cold outreach - we focus on nurturing existing relationships
  • Getting bogged down in technical support tickets - our AI streamlines issue resolution
  • Engaging in product development - your expertise is dedicated to customer success

Key responsibilities

Spearhead the transformation of customer retention, engagement, and business growth by leveraging AI to proactively address customer needs, deliver personalized interactions, and unlock high-value upselling opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer success experience in B2B software, demonstrating a track record of relationship management and growth
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard), showcasing your ability to integrate AI into customer success strategies
