What you will be doing

  • Engage with customers using AI to swiftly resolve issues, conduct personalized check-ins, and analyze feedback to improve communication.
  • Boost product interaction through AI-driven recommendations, virtual assistance, and personalized user experiences.
  • Optimize and expand customer success strategies to foster growth and minimize churn.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Seeking new customer acquisitions
  • Managing technical support inquiries
  • Participating in product development

Key responsibilities

  • Drive customer retention, engagement, and business growth by using AI to proactively meet customer needs, personalize interactions, and seize upselling opportunities.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success within the B2B software sector
  • Experience with GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, etc.
