What you will be doing

  • Harness AI to revolutionize customer interactions, delivering efficient issue resolution and personalized engagement

What you will NOT be doing

  • Cold calling or chasing new leads - your focus is on nurturing and growing existing relationships
  • Getting bogged down in routine technical support - our AI handles the basics, freeing you for strategic interactions
  • Developing products - you're the voice of the customer, influencing product direction through data-driven insights

Key responsibilities

Spearhead customer retention, engagement, and business growth by wielding AI to anticipate needs, deliver tailored experiences, and uncover high-value upselling opportunities - transforming customer success into a strategic driver of company performance.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in customer success within the B2B software industry, demonstrating your ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard), showcasing your readiness to leverage cutting-edge AI in customer engagement
