As our Head of Learning, you'll be the visionary architect behind an educational revolution. Imagine crafting personalized learning experiences that adapt in real-time, leveraging cutting-edge AI to unlock each student's unique potential. You'll lead a transformation where data meets inspiration, where AI meets human potential, and where traditional limitations dissolve into unlimited possibilities. All this, without conventional classroom teachers.

What you will be doing

Your mission will encompass:

  • Spearheading the development of an AI-powered learning ecosystem that consistently delivers exceptional student outcomes
  • Conducting virtual student engagement sessions to gather crucial insights and feedback
  • Leading data-driven innovation through sophisticated learning analytics and AI/ML implementations
  • Orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to transform educational insights into powerful product features
  • Creating and validating new approaches to personalized learning at scale

  • Digitizing traditional classroom methods—we're creating something entirely new
  • Operating in an ivory tower—you'll maintain regular contact with our student customers

Key responsibilities

Your core mission is to pioneer and perfect our AI-driven, teacher-less educational model across multiple campuses. Success means leveraging data analytics and direct student feedback to create a learning ecosystem that consistently produces exceptional academic results, as evidenced by AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth metrics.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Learning Science, Educational Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership track record in education or EdTech sectors
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
  • Proven expertise in designing AI systems for educational applications
  • Deep knowledge of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
  • Excellence in translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
  • Successful history of cross-functional team leadership and project management
