What you will be doing

  • Design and evolve a revolutionary AI-powered learning system that delivers measurable, superior results compared to traditional education
  • Connect with students through digital platforms to gather crucial insights and drive continuous system improvements
  • Transform complex learning data into actionable strategies using AI/ML and cutting-edge learning science
  • Foster an environment of innovative experimentation backed by solid data analytics
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate educational insights into powerful product features

Key responsibilities

Lead the development and optimization of our AI-driven, teacher-free educational platform across multiple locations. Success in this role means delivering exceptional student outcomes, as measured through AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth, while continuously refining our learning ecosystem through data analysis and direct student feedback.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Education Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Proven leadership track record in education or EdTech sectors
  • Demonstrated success in implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
  • Expertise in designing AI systems for educational applications
  • Deep understanding of learning science and data-driven education
  • Excellence in communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong track record in cross-functional team leadership and project management
