What you will be doing

  • Pioneer an AI-powered learning ecosystem that consistently outperforms traditional education models
  • Engage virtually with students to gain crucial insights for continuous platform enhancement
  • Leverage advanced analytics to design high-impact, AI-driven academic interventions
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, using data to drive unprecedented student growth

What you will NOT be doing

  • Digitizing conventional classroom methods—we're reimagining education from the ground up
  • Analyzing data in a vacuum—you'll regularly interact with K-12 students to inform decisions

Key responsibilities

Spearhead innovation in AI-driven, teacher-less education across multiple campuses. Seamlessly integrate data analytics with student feedback to continuously refine our learning ecosystem. Success will be measured by tangible improvements in AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Proven leadership in education or EdTech sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies within educational or professional environments
  • Track record of designing and implementing AI systems for educational applications
  • In-depth understanding of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing intricate projects
