Description

When it comes to your typical marketing job, there is no neutral ground - you either love it or you hate it. Chances are you identify with the latter, or you wouldn't be reading this.

Being spread thin working on countless different campaign efforts, working in an environment that doesn't value data-driven process improvement, and not being able to call the shots on how to do content marketing are among the reasons why you're ready to throw in the towel.

In this role, you will focus exclusively on continuously optimizing a content-generation system that produces high-quality creative content at scale. You will finally be able to scratch that itch of improving the quality and process of creating content, as indicated purely by SEO & CRO data.

Aurea disrupted the software industry by giving customers unlimited access to products that power their digital transformation. With an ever-growing portfolio of products, the repeatable content marketing process you design will transform these underperforming brands just as quickly as we add them.

Apply now for a chance to balance your analytic and creative prowess while creating content at scale.

What you will be doing

  • Documented Coaching: Give written feedback on the team leads' coaching to ensure your system operates at the talent and quality level you expect
  • Improvement Proposals: Identify quality and process improvement opportunities in the content generation system through an in-depth analysis of the team's work and processes

What you will NOT be doing

  • Generating content yourself or running campaigns
  • Designing a different content generation process for each product
  • Relying on subjective assessments and "loudest voices" for quality/process improvements

Key responsibilities

  • Build a content generation system that consistently delivers high-quality, prospect-facing content to drive new customer acquisition
  • Activate and continuously optimize a repeatable and scalable content creation process across a wide variety of products

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelors in design, development, communications, creative writing, or other liberal arts major
  • 1+ years in a role responsible for directly writing customer-facing or prospect-facing content
  • Experience working as Content Director, Creative Director, or similar at a B2B software company that uses paid advertising in addition to SEO to sell multiple products
  • Experience managing teams of designers and developers or worked as a designer or developer for any amount of time
