Our cloud enables thousands of organizations to engage with customers on key digital channels, optimize sales team performance, manage projects and IT costs, and automate critical document workflows. This role has a direct impact on what our products do and how they do it. You will be responsible for driving projects from planning all the way to deployment into production.

What you will be doing

  • Deploying cloud services: Designing the solutions for higher availability, reliability, and security, automating manual tasks, and optimizing system performance
  • Resolving incidents: Conducting root cause analyses, understanding options and trade-offs, and defining tactical and strategic directions for resolution

What you will NOT be doing

  • Being told how to solve problems: You will be empowered to drive product changes and take ownership of the initiatives
  • Dealing with legacy on-premise systems: We are 100% focused on cloud technologies

Delivering faster, more reliable, and more efficient software products that lead to higher customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Windows and/or Linux support, including process/user management and debugging performance issues
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Services
  • Proficiency in Puppet (preferred) or similar IaC technologies
  • Work schedule that that primarily overlaps with standard work hours in the Australian Eastern Standard timezone (GMT+10)

Nice to have

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or Azure Fundamentals
