Aurea’s marketing team is looking for someone who truly shines at running online ads, SEO, and other SaaS lead generation methods to scale up its demand generation team. If you understand what it takes to build a complete lead generation system that gets results, we want to hear from you.

Your ultimate goal is to get your team to deliver game-changing results, turning newly acquired, laggard products into market leaders within months. This is a unique opportunity to quickly sharpen your skills by leading growth marketing for multiple products in different industries and business functions. If you have a track record of building and scaling a B2B leads machine, and you know how to partner with sales to deliver on revenue targets, then this is the role for you.

What you will be doing

  • Data-Driven Coaching: Provide clear, timely, and targeted coaching to improve the performance of your entire team
  • Process Excellence: Conduct root cause analyses and offer solutions to lead generation system underperformance

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating day-to-day activities of paid campaigns
  • Doing the actual work instead of coaching

Key responsibilities

  • Build, optimize, and scale a lead generation system across channels, delivering results for our sales team

Candidate requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation in the B2B or B2C software industry
  • 5+ years of experience working in the B2B software industry
  • Ability to work at least 5 hours between 10 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time
