You will drive end-to-end product improvements and ambitious roadmaps that reach customers at scale. You will never get bored working within a small, cross-functional team of very talented contributors dedicated to making their product better every day. 

This role is a 100%-remote, work-from-anywhere position. 

What you will be doing

  • Create and maintain strategic and visionary product roadmaps.
  • Be an internal and external ambassador & subject matter expert on your products, collaborating with stakeholders to define product positioning and articulate business value.
  • Conduct discovery and research with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to generate insights that drive current and future product innovation.
  • Support the product team during development, working closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to ensure alignment with strategic product goals.
  • Leverage data to define key product performance metrics and lead the delivery of improvements targeted at efficiency, adoption, and revenue growth.

Generating and owning visionary product roadmaps while ensuring that our products delight our customers.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management roles for SaaS products.
  • Experience working with customers, sales, and marketing teams to define product strategy and roadmaps for successful B2B cloud products.
  • Must be based in a location where the standard work hours have at least a 4-hour overlap with US Eastern Standard Time work hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing Professional Service Automation, Project Management, or Financial products.
