Aurea is disrupting the enterprise software industry through its Netflix-like library of software products that customers can access through one subscription. As we continue to evangelize customers on this new and unique way of thinking about software, the delivery of this message depends on access to highly accurate customer data. 

We will rely on you for this critically important customer database of target accounts and contacts. To make your life easier, we have eliminated the unfulfilling fringe responsibilities that typically accompany this role, such as cold calling, emailing hundreds of contacts, and setting up appointments for the sales team.

What you will be doing

  • Creating search criteria based on buyer personas and implementing the criteria in data tools
  • Preparing a GSheet database output of account/contact data
  • Checking the output and making sure it is free of errors

What you will NOT be doing

  • Cold calling, emailing, or qualifying leads.
  • Unfocused research with unclear direction. We have playbooks and processes that provide a clear structure to your work.
  • Booking appointments or scrambling to hand off/deliver your data to the sales team. We have automated these processes, empowering you to do what you do best - researching and creating a high-quality dataset.

Key responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for building an accurate database of customer data that enables the Demand Generation and Sales teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 1 year of lead generation or sales development experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working within a B2B database platform
