Description

What you will be doing

In this role, you will be accountable for the quality control of our company's quote, order, and invoice transactions prior to handing them off for processing. You will analyze our data and processes to ensure we have the highest quality bars applied for effective outcomes. You will assist in the integration of new businesses into our organization and through that process you will gain experiences that will increase your marketability for future strategic roles.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Processing orders or billing transactions in an ERP system
  • Working with one isolated team or level in the organization
  • The same thing every day

Key responsibilities

  • Transactional quality control (gathering, validating, and facilitating data to Central teams for processing)
  • Be the point person to assess the health of systems, processes, or capabilities
  • Interact with various internal teams to drive operational improvements
  • Define and document best practices into runbooks

Candidate requirements

  • Quick learner: Every company has a different operational environment, you must have an insatiable curiosity and intellectual acuity
  • Meticulous: Quality control of all interactions and submissions
  • Good communicator: able to collaborate with various team members and ensure comprehension by all parties

Nice to have

  • Experience with G-Suite applications including sheets and data studio
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and NetSuite
  • Experience with workflow tools to drive automation/tracking for requests
