Head of School   $400,000 USD/year

Description

Have you seen the impossible choices young athletes and their families face between academic excellence and athletic development? That brutal 5AM practice schedule, homework crammed into car rides, and the constant pressure to sacrifice one passion for another?

We believe it's time to stop asking kids to choose. We're building a school that gets core academics done by lunch, freeing afternoons for serious athletic development. But this isn't just about time management - it's about recognizing that sports are one of the most powerful vehicles we have for building tomorrow's leaders.

We're looking for entrepreneurs who've successfully built and scaled something from nothing, AND can articulate a vision so compelling that skeptics become believers. If you're just a coach with great wins, this isn't for you. If you're just a successful founder who played some recreational sports, this isn't for you either.

We need someone who viscerally understands that youth sports isn't about collecting trophies or chasing scholarships. It's about using athletics as the ultimate classroom for resilience, strategic thinking, and leadership. Someone who knows how to build comprehensive athletic development programs, prove they work, and then convince parents across America that serious sports training isn't a distraction from education - it's a crucial part of it.

What you will be doing

  • Design comprehensive athletic development programs that build champions in sport and life
  • Create frameworks that help kids master both morning academics and afternoon athletics
  • Lead the public conversation about reimagining youth sports development
  • Convert skeptical parents by demonstrating how our model produces superior outcomes
  • Use AI to prove and scale our approach nationally

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing day-to-day academic operations or curriculum – our 2 Hour Learning model handles core academics
  • Running glorified PE classes or recreational sports programs
  • Pushing early specialization or win-at-all-costs mentality
  • Making incremental improvements to a broken system

Key responsibilities

Transform specialty education in America by building and scaling an innovative school model that combines our proven 2 Hour Learning approach with specialized programming for specific student populations.

Candidate requirements

  • You've scaled a venture from concept to significant growth
  • You have an established audience who trusts your voice
  • You deeply understand youth athletics through coaching, competing, or raising athletes
  • You're already using AI to multiply your own productivity
  • You can articulate complex ideas in ways that move people to action
  • You're US-based and willing to travel for key events
  • You're eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
