What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing

  • Adhering to traditional educational routines; no monotonous lectures or rigid lesson plans. You're neither a tutor nor a teaching assistant.
  • Neglecting the significance of personal growth and development within the educational journey.
  • Restricting students to conventional learning tools and methods, overlooking the potential of technology and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • A proven record of exceptional achievement and high performance, such as academic scholars (National Merit, Fulbright), competitive athletes (Division I, Olympians), competition champions (chess, debate, science fairs), or similar.
  • Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences
  • A passion for connecting, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
  • Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work in-person in Miami, FL
