Description

READY TO REVOLUTIONIZE EDUCATION? THIS IS YOUR CALLING!

Step into a transformative leadership role that demands physical presence at one of our dynamic campuses in Texas (Austin, Houston, Fort Worth) or Florida (Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach).

Alpha is shattering educational paradigms, and we need a visionary Program Director to lead this revolution. If your career has been defined by building exceptional teams and you're passionate about reimagining youth development, we're looking for you.

As our Program Director, you'll harness cutting-edge learning science and adaptive technology to create unprecedented student opportunities. You'll be the strategic force empowering our Guides – not just teachers, but catalysts who transform young lives through our innovative learning approach.

Your leadership will be the cornerstone of our success. You'll develop comprehensive playbooks, implement feedback systems, and personally model the elite facilitation skills that define Alpha's approach. If you've consistently achieved what others deemed impossible – whether turning around struggling operations or breaking performance records – you'll thrive in our culture.

Why Alpha stands apart:

  • Industry-competitive compensation – excellence in education shouldn't require financial sacrifice
  • Comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO – we invest in your wellbeing
  • Continuous professional development – experience the growth mindset we instill in our students
  • Relocation assistance for exceptional candidates

Ready to build and lead a team that's redefining what's possible in education? Alpha is your platform for meaningful impact!

What you will be doing

  • Cultivate and mentor an elite team of Guides who will masterfully implement Alpha's groundbreaking learning methodology
  • Architect comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify facilitation excellence, innovative learning activity design, and effective challenge resolution strategies
  • Deliver precision feedback that empowers Guides to maximize student engagement and achievement metrics
  • Personally shepherd a select student cohort, showcasing exemplary coaching techniques and motivation strategies that Guides can emulate

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating curriculum content – our adaptive technology drives the learning journey; your focus is developing exceptional facilitators who maximize its effectiveness
  • Compromising on excellence – when our standard is perfection, your role is ensuring we consistently reach it
  • Conducting conventional training sessions – you'll deliver dynamic, immersive professional development that inspires and transforms our Guide team

Key responsibilities

Elevate a diverse team of Guides to implement the Alpha learning methodology with uncompromising excellence, establishing new benchmarks for educational facilitation and student achievement.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in education, L&D, coaching, or aligned disciplines

  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with demonstrated success building and inspiring high-performance teams
  • Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
  • Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations in Texas (Austin, Houston, Fort Worth) or Florida (Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach)
