As our Leadership Coach, you'll be the catalyst behind our Guides - the frontline learning facilitators who inspire, not just teach. Your elite coaching abilities, combined with a hands-on passion for youth development, will shape how Alpha Guides connect with students, developing playbooks, feedback mechanisms, and modeling exceptional facilitation skills.

What you will be doing

  • Spearhead the training and development of our Guide team, ensuring world-class implementation of the Alpha learning system
  • Craft innovative Guide Playbooks that detail best practices for facilitation, design rewarding learning activities, and provide strategies for navigating challenges
  • Deliver regular, high-impact feedback to Guides, amplifying student engagement and achievement to unprecedented levels
  • Directly mentor a select cohort of students, showcasing expert coaching and motivation strategies that set the gold standard for our program

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating lesson plans - our Guides facilitate learning through cutting-edge adaptive apps; your mission is to train them to be exceptional learning catalysts
  • Compromising on excellence - with our passing grade at 100%, your role is to maintain and elevate this high standard
  • Conducting mundane training sessions - you'll coach Guides through dynamic, high-energy, hands-on development that mirrors the engaging experience we provide our students

Key responsibilities

Train, develop, and inspire a team of elite Guides to implement the Alpha system with unparalleled excellence, driving unprecedented student achievement and revolutionizing the educational landscape.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field - we value diverse perspectives
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields
  • Track record of developing and implementing groundbreaking educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Significant experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in transformative educational or developmental capacities
  • Mastery in data analysis and leveraging metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Commitment to work on-site in one of our dynamic campus locations
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
