We're not just another school. We're a pioneering K-8 institution where AI-driven academics meet intensive sports training, creating a unique, holistic educational experience. Our mission? To cultivate life skills like leadership, teamwork, and grit through the power of sports.

As our Elite Coach, you'll be the driving force behind our team of Guides, shaping the future of young athletes and redefining what's possible in education. If you've shattered records, revitalized ventures, and inspired teams to achieve the impossible, we want you.

What you will be doing

  • Coach and elevate our team of Guides through personal, actionable feedback, amplifying student achievement and enjoyment.
  • Craft comprehensive Guide Playbooks, detailing best practices for facilitation, enrichment activity design, and challenge resolution.
  • Lead a select cohort of students, leveraging your expertise to transform even the most reluctant learners into high-achievers.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Crafting mundane lesson plans. Your mission is to empower Guides to excel in facilitation, create engaging enrichment activities, and infuse enthusiasm into every session.
  • Compromising on excellence. Whether it's maintaining our rigorous 100% pass standard or enabling a 6th grader to tackle college-level courses, you'll be the guardian of high expectations.
  • Conducting tedious training sessions. Your coaching will exemplify the enthusiasm, energy, and expert facilitation skills we demand from our Guides.

Key responsibilities

Cultivate and lead a team of world-class Guides, ensuring the flawless implementation of the Sports Academy system to drive unprecedented student success and growth.
