Champion Makers Wanted: Transform Young Athletes Into Tomorrow's Leaders

Sports Academy in Austin isn't just another school—we're revolutionizing education by fusing AI-powered academics with elite sports training. Our K-8 institution, powered by 2hr Learning, is where young athletes develop not just their physical abilities, but essential life skills like leadership, teamwork, and resilience.

We're not building just another school; we're creating an ecosystem where excellence thrives through cutting-edge adaptive technology and scientifically-backed motivational strategies.

Our students are guided by exceptional mentors—not traditional teachers—who help them learn twice as efficiently while discovering their unique talents and potential. These Guides are the heartbeat of our academy.

Your track record speaks volumes—you've achieved the extraordinary, whether by breaking athletic records or transforming organizations. Your formula for success combines ambitious goal-setting with relentless determination, innovative thinking, and the ability to unlock your team's intrinsic motivation.

Now imagine directing that exceptional talent toward educational transformation. Imagine mentoring our Guides to create an unparalleled learning environment for the next generation of champions.

We need an exceptional coaching expert to develop our Guide team. You'll shape how our mentors connect with and inspire students. This role might be perfect for you if:

  • You lead with a perfect balance of empathy, logic, objectivity, and firmness
  • You excel at pushing teams beyond their perceived limitations through ambitious goal-setting
  • You could be our best Guide, but your passion lies in coaching others to excellence
  • You have an innate ability to connect with, motivate, and nurture success in any child

Why Sports Academy stands apart:

  • Industry-competitive compensation—excellence in education shouldn't require financial sacrifice
  • Comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO—because we value work-life harmony
  • Continuous professional development—you'll receive the same quality coaching you provide
  • Relocation support for exceptional candidates

Ready to redefine what's possible in education through the power of sports? Join us in shaping champions both on and off the field!

What you will be doing

  • Elevate Guide Performance: Provide personalized, actionable feedback to your Alpha Guide team, directly enhancing student achievement and engagement through improved mentorship quality.
  • Develop Strategic Playbooks: Create comprehensive guidance documents outlining facilitation best practices, enrichment activity design principles, and effective challenge resolution strategies.
  • Transform Reluctant Learners: Lead a select group of students, applying your specialized knowledge of child development and motivation techniques to ignite extraordinary growth in even the most hesitant learners.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating Traditional Curriculum: Your focus extends beyond basic lesson planning. While Guides facilitate daily learning through adaptive technology, you'll be elevating their abilities as mentors, teaching them to craft engaging enrichment activities, and infusing every learning session with energy and purpose.
  • Compromising Excellence: When our standard is 100% mastery, 99% isn't acceptable. You'll maintain unwavering commitment to our high standards—whether that means enforcing completion requirements or creating pathways for advanced students to access college-level coursework.
  • Conducting Passive Training: Forget traditional lecture-based professional development. Your coaching approach will exemplify the enthusiasm, energy, and expert facilitation techniques you expect from your Guide team.
