Description

Ready to forge champions on and off the field? Elite coaches, your next challenge awaits.

At Sports Academy in Austin, TX, we're not just educating—we're revolutionizing. Our K-8 institution fuses AI-driven academics with intensive sports training, creating leaders who excel in classrooms and on playing fields. We're seeking a visionary coach to elevate our team of Guides and redefine what's possible in education.

You've shattered records. You've transformed teams. Now, it's time to reshape education. Join us in Austin and inspire the next generation of champions. This isn't just a job—it's a mission to change lives.

What you will be doing

  • Coach and develop our elite team of Guides, providing actionable feedback to amplify student achievement and enjoyment.
  • Craft comprehensive Guide Playbooks, detailing best practices for facilitation, activity design, and challenge resolution.
  • Lead a cohort of students, leveraging your expertise to transform even the most reluctant learners into high achievers.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Crafting lesson plans: Your mission is strategic. Train Guides to excel as facilitators, create enriching activities, and inject enthusiasm into every session.
  • Compromising standards: Excellence is non-negotiable. Whether it's maintaining our 100% pass threshold or enabling a 6th grader to tackle college-level courses, you'll make it happen.
  • Conducting mundane training: Forget lecture-style development. You'll coach by example, embodying the enthusiasm, energy, and expert facilitation we demand.

Key responsibilities

Train and develop a team of Guides to implement the Sports Academy system with world-class excellence, driving unprecedented educational outcomes through sports and technology.
