What you will be doing
- Elevate Guide Performance: Provide personalized, actionable coaching to your Alpha Guide team, enhancing their effectiveness and directly impacting student achievement and engagement metrics.
- Develop Strategic Playbooks: Create comprehensive Guide resources detailing facilitation best practices, enrichment activity design principles, and effective challenge resolution strategies.
- Transform Student Trajectories: Lead a select student cohort, applying your specialized understanding of youth development and coaching expertise to convert reluctant learners into high-achieving, self-motivated scholars.
What you will NOT be doing
- Curriculum Development: Your mission transcends basic lesson planning. While Guides facilitate daily learning through adaptive technology, you'll focus on transforming those Guides into exceptional facilitators who can create enriching experiences and bring contagious enthusiasm to every learning session.
- Compromising Excellence: When our standard is 100% mastery, 99% isn't sufficient. You'll maintain unwavering commitment to our rigorous standards—whether enforcing mastery requirements or facilitating advanced academic opportunities for exceptional students.

Cultivate and mentor a high-performance Guide team that implements the Sports Academy methodology with uncompromising excellence, consistently exceeding established benchmarks for student engagement, academic progress, and athletic development.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proven track record of developing professional teams to achieve exceptional performance metrics

- Demonstrated success working with diverse youth populations (ages 5-18), fostering measurable growth and achievement
