What you will be doing

<li>Architect comprehensive Guide Playbooks that become the blueprint for educational excellence, incorporating innovative facilitation techniques and strategic problem-solving approaches</li>
<li>Lead by example with a select group of students, showcasing your expertise in transforming reluctant learners into passionate achievers</li>

Candidate requirements
<p>Essential Qualifications:</p>

<li>Bachelor's degree (field of study open)</li>
<li>Proven track record in elevating team performance to exceptional levels through mentorship and development</li>
<li>Experience with data-informed decision-making and performance optimization</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in youth development and engagement (K-12)</li>
<li>Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)</li>
<li>Commitment to working on-site in Austin, Texas</li>
