What you will be doing

  • Designing and evolving an AI-driven learning ecosystem that surpasses traditional education, evidenced by student achievement data.
  • Interacting with students through virtual platforms to gain insights into their learning experiences, using this to refine the learning ecosystem.
  • Extracting actionable insights from learning platform data to create impactful academic interventions with AI/ML, learning science, and motivational practices.
  • Fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making to drive significant growth in student learning outcomes.
  • Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to translate academic insights and student feedback into product improvements.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Merely adapting traditional education to fit AI. This is about reimagining learning from the ground up.
  • Analyzing data without context. Engaging with students and valuing their feedback is crucial.

Key responsibilities

Lead innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student results across campuses. Integrate data analytics with student engagement to continuously improve our learning ecosystem, as indicated by AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech.
  • Experience with AI technologies in educational or professional contexts.
  • Experience in designing and implementing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
  • Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches.
  • Ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
