Learning and Development Manager   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Ready to revolutionize education through the power of AI? Welcome to 2 Hour Learning, where we're not just adopting artificial intelligence—we're using it to completely transform how students learn and achieve.

Picture this: A learning environment where students consistently ace AP exams, exceed MAP assessment expectations, and discover capabilities they never knew they had. This isn't a fantasy—it's our reality. We've created a groundbreaking AI-powered educational ecosystem that's producing extraordinary results, all without traditional classroom teachers.

As our Learning and Development Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind this educational revolution across multiple campuses. You'll harness cutting-edge AI technology to create personalized learning experiences that adapt and evolve with each student's journey. Think of yourself as part data scientist, part educational visionary, and part student success champion—all rolled into one transformative role.

  • Spearheading bold educational experiments and data-driven innovations
  • Collaborating with our tech teams to evolve our platform based on real student experiences

What you will NOT be doing

Let's be clear about what this role isn't:

  • Digitizing traditional classroom methods—we're creating something entirely new
  • Hiding behind spreadsheets—you'll actively engage with our K-12 learners
  • Playing it safe—innovation and calculated risks are encouraged
  • Following conventional wisdom—we write our own rules based on results
  • Resisting AI advancement—we embrace it as the future of education

Key responsibilities

Your core mission is to pioneer AI-driven, teacher-free education that delivers exceptional results across multiple campuses. Success means combining sophisticated data analytics with meaningful student interactions to continuously enhance our learning platform, with success measured through concrete metrics like AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth.
