What you will be doing

  • Spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI-driven financial systems that eliminate human error and manual intervention
  • Transform traditional ERP workflows into streamlined, automated processes using advanced LLM tools and custom automation
  • Architect a bulletproof financial infrastructure handling everything from tuition processing to compliance with surgical precision

  • Pioneer innovative solutions that enable exponential growth without the traditional overhead of expanding finance teams

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing a traditional finance department – we're building systems, not expanding headcount
  • Getting bogged down in routine monthly closing procedures or transaction approvals
  • Maintaining status quo processes – your mission is to eliminate inefficiencies
  • Managing from the sidelines – you'll be in the trenches, leading by example
  • Working in a static environment – we're all about rapid innovation and scaling

Key responsibilities

Your core mission: Create and implement a revolutionary AI-powered finance system capable of autonomously managing multiple billion-dollar educational ventures with minimal human oversight.

Candidate requirements

  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Proven track record in financial leadership at $100M+ organizations
  • Substantial audit experience: either 5+ years at a top 10 firm or equivalent experience being audited
  • Deep expertise with enterprise-level ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for business applications
  • Geographic location within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones

Nice to have

  • Understanding of U.S. K-12 education landscape, including private, charter, and ESA programs
  • Track record of successfully implementing finance automation or AI solutions
  • Experience navigating financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
