We're not just another EdTech company - we're pioneers crafting an AI-driven academic ecosystem that helps students achieve in hours what traditionally takes weeks. And now, we're looking for a visionary product leader who's equal parts strategist and hands-on builder.

Picture yourself wielding cutting-edge AI tools to prototype game-changing features, automating complex workflows, and diving deep into code-assisted development - all while maintaining direct connections with the students and educators who use our platform.

What sets this role apart:

  • Direct Impact: Shape the future of education through hands-on product development
  • AI Innovation: Leverage the latest in artificial intelligence as your daily companion

If you're energized by the prospect of building transformative educational experiences and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty in the process, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Immerse yourself in the user experience by building meaningful connections with students and staff, gathering firsthand insights that drive innovation

  • Guide and inspire development teams while maintaining an unwavering commitment to excellence
  • Push the boundaries of what's possible by staying at the forefront of AI and learning science advancements

What you will NOT be doing

  • Playing it safe with hands-off management - this role demands active involvement and hands-on leadership
  • Settling for small wins - we're in pursuit of transformative breakthroughs that reshape education
  • Navigating bureaucratic red tape - our fast-paced environment values action over hierarchy

Key responsibilities

Drive revolutionary change in education by creating and delivering AI-enhanced learning products that set new standards for student engagement, learning effectiveness, and user satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • Track record of shipping innovative products with quantifiable success metrics in user adoption and satisfaction
  • Technical aptitude demonstrated through ability to leverage Python and AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping (formal coding experience not required)
  • Practical experience with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Cursor, Devin, etc.) for product development and workflow optimization
  • Proven expertise in gathering and translating user insights through direct research and observation
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a history of making data-informed product decisions
  • Demonstrated success in leading development teams and maintaining product quality
  • Superior communication abilities that ensure crystal-clear alignment across all stakeholder groups
