Senior Director of Product Management   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Ready to redefine education? Join 2 Hour Learning as our Senior Director of Product Management and lead the charge in our AI-powered learning revolution. We're not just changing how students learn - we're transforming the very fabric of education.

Imagine a world where students achieve in hours what once took weeks. That's not science fiction - it's our reality at 2 Hour Learning. Our AI-driven academic ecosystem is already shattering learning barriers, but we're just scratching the surface. We need a visionary like you to propel us into the next frontier of educational innovation.

This isn't your typical product management role. You'll be the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and the students whose lives it will change. Forget about hiding behind spreadsheets and reports - you'll be in the trenches, building relationships with learners, and turning their feedback into groundbreaking product features.

Your toolkit? The latest in AI technology. From ideation with ChatGPT to streamlined marketing automation, you'll harness the power of AI to bring revolutionary products to life at warp speed. But technology is just the beginning. Your true superpower will be your ability to lead, inspire, and drive outsourced development teams to turn your vision into reality.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're not interested in incremental change. We're after seismic shifts in how education works. If you're ready to own the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond, and have the courage to aim for 10x improvements, then it's time to step into the spotlight.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Theorizing from an ivory tower - your feet will be firmly planted in the real world of student experiences

  • Playing the blame game - you'll have full ownership and the power to drive real change
  • Settling for 'good enough' - in our world, if it's not revolutionary, it's not finished
