What you will be doing

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and communicate our capabilities clearly.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Sorting through resumes or engaging in candidate sourcing activities.
  • Crafting job descriptions manually—our AI tools handle that.
  • Handling traditional internal HR responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the creation and maintenance of robust hiring pipelines that consistently yield top-tier talent.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a versatile business role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity to enhance workplace efficiency.
