What you will be doing

  • Architect the future of acquired products, leveraging deep product expertise to guide strategic decisions
  • Craft technical specifications that prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and long-term viability, making pivotal technical decisions
  • Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge generative AI technologies to automate and streamline engineering processes

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engage in traditional people management; your focus is on leveraging your technical and business acumen
  • Waste time in unnecessary meetings or administrative tasks; our streamlined processes keep you focused on high-impact work
  • Develop high-level strategies without implementation plans; your insights must translate directly to product-level improvements
  • Maintain the status quo; this role is about driving transformative change, not incremental updates

Key responsibilities

As the de facto CTO of your assigned product(s), you will own the end-to-end transformation process: modernizing legacy systems, optimizing costs, enhancing AI-driven automation, and driving tangible business value through strategic decision-making and flawless execution.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of making critical architecture and design decisions for software products, with a focus on long-term impact and scalability
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex software scopes, optimizing for efficiency and maintainability
  • Expert-level understanding of the AWS ecosystem and its strategic application in enterprise software
  • Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI to enhance product features and streamline work processes
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate strategic goals into technical outcomes that drive product performance and profitability
