What you will be doing

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Architect and build sophisticated web applications using industry-leading technologies
  • Pioneer serverless solutions in our AWS cloud environment
  • Guide and mentor through thoughtful code reviews, ensuring excellence in every line of code

What you will NOT be doing

Let's be clear - we won't waste your time with:

  • Legacy system maintenance and trivial bug fixes
  • Wrestling with problematic infrastructure
  • Endless, unproductive meetings and bureaucratic processes

Candidate requirements

  • 4+ years of battle-tested experience in full-stack web development - framework agnostic, we care about your skills, not your tools
  • 2+ years of leading technical initiatives or being the go-to person for your team
  • Enthusiasm for incorporating AI tools into your development workflow

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
