Description

In the ever-evolving EdTech landscape, the need for captivating and personalized educational content is paramount. Generic tools are no longer sufficient, as students require tailored experiences to keep them engaged and motivated. When educational content misses the mark, student engagement plummets, creating a burden for educators who must provide personalized instruction with limited resources.

At LearnWith.AI, we're tackling this issue by utilizing state-of-the-art AI technologies to transform educational content creation. Our mission goes beyond developing AI tools; we're crafting AI-driven processes that produce customized content for each student's needs. Envision a "Second Brain" for subjects like Science or History—an AI-enhanced repository of knowledge that delivers engaging, personalized content on a large scale. This innovative approach not only sets us apart but also revolutionizes EdTech, making learning more effective, accessible, and enjoyable.

This isn't your average AI engineering position. Instead of merely coding or working with abstract models, you'll lead the charge in revolutionizing student learning by implementing AI-driven workflows that foster personalized educational experiences. This role is for those who thrive on innovation, are passionate about education, and want their work to make a significant impact on students' lives.

As a member of our team, you'll design AI-powered educational tools capable of transforming the learning landscape. You'll utilize LLMs to create context packs and second brains, ensuring our AI delivers content that is both pertinent and impactful. If you're eager to use AI to reshape education and take on projects that challenge the status quo, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting AI-Driven Workflows: Seamlessly integrate AI technologies, develop prompts, and refine processes based on expert and user feedback.
  • Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Employ LLMs to build comprehensive documents that encapsulate domain knowledge and organizational insights.
  • Designing and implementing data structures to support business logic, ensuring data models are efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to stand out by creating engaging, personalized educational content using AI technologies.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in software engineering.
  • A score of 4 or 5 on at least one AP exam in the US or Canada.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok in a professional environment.
