Head of School   $400,000 USD/year

Description

Are you the rare entrepreneur who has both built something remarkable AND can captivate an audience talking about it? Have you looked at how kids learn today and thought "This is completely broken"?

We're reimagining K-8 education for the digital age - from competitive gaming to virtual learning environments - and we need a visionary builder who deeply understands what makes kids tick. But being a great builder isn't enough. You need to be a magnetic communicator who can convince skeptical parents that our revolutionary approach isn't just different - it's demonstrably better.

This isn't about running a school - it's about reinventing what school can be. We're seeking proven entrepreneurs to build and scale transformative learning experiences powered by our 2 Hour Learning system. You'll have true founder autonomy backed by established edtech resources. Your mission? Design innovative programs, prove they work, then scale nationally as the public face of this educational revolution.

We're not looking for traditional educators or first-time founders. We need proven builders who can create something revolutionary AND convince the world to embrace it. If that's you, apply today!

What you will be doing

  • Design learning experiences that tap into what motivates today's K-8 students
  • Build a scalable playbook for national expansion
  • Lead the conversation about education's future through speaking, writing, and media
  • Convert skeptical parents into advocates through compelling results
  • Use AI to drive insights and productivity at scale

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing day-to-day academic operations or curriculum – our 2 Hour Learning model handles core academics
  • Getting bogged down in administrative paperwork or bureaucracy
  • Being constrained by traditional education models or "how things have always been done"
  • Focusing on a single campus location rather than nationwide scale

Key responsibilities

Transform education in America by building and scaling an innovative school model that combines our proven 2 Hour Learning approach with specialized programming.

Candidate requirements

  • Track record of entrepreneurial success, whether as a founder or early employee at a high-growth startup
  • Deep personal or professional experience with eSports, competitive gaming, or virtual learning environments.
  • Proven ability to use AI tools to drive productivity and insight
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be a compelling public evangelist
  • Willingness to travel to campus locations and events as needed
  • US-based
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
