You’ll spend time on the ground in Austin (about 1 week/month), learning from what’s working—and building the playbook to take it national. You’ll design high-fidelity experiences, prove they work, and evangelize the results with clarity and conviction. This isn’t an ops role. It’s not for someone trying to "improve education." It’s for a founder who wants to redefine it.
