Microschool Evangelist   $400,000 USD/year

Description

The future of learning is here, and it’s only 2 hours a day. But changing minds about education? That’s the real challenge. Parents are rightfully cautious. They're skeptical of trends but also frustrated with traditional methods. That's where you come in.

At 2 Hour Learning, we’re not just reimagining education. We’re proving it works. Built on mastery learning, AI tutors, and the science of motivation, our model produces students who crush standardized tests, win spots at elite universities, and still have time for life. From kindergarteners in the top 1% to high schoolers landing 1470+ SAT scores, our results are real.

We need you – an engaging speaker, a skilled salesperson, and a trusted advisor – to champion our mission nationwide. You’ll lead in-person sessions in 25 major cities, captivating families with the story of 2HL. You’ll face skepticism and turn it into belief. This is more than a sales role; it’s a movement, and you’ll be its face.

If you can command a room, turn skepticism into excitement, and are ready for a high-energy, travel-heavy role that combines public speaking with executive-level sales strategy, this is your moment.

What you will be doing

  • Delivering compelling presentations and live events that educate parents on 2HL’s revolutionary model and outcomes.
  • Building lasting relationships with families and guiding them through their decision-making journey.
  • Traveling to 25 major U.S. cities to host 2HL events and represent the brand on the ground.
  • Using 2HL’s proven results—like MAP scores and real success stories—to address concerns and build confidence.
  • Serving as the public voice of 2HL, transforming interest into commitment through trust and clarity.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing classrooms, developing curriculum, or overseeing daily school operations.
  • Chasing cold leads or conducting unsolicited outreach.
  • Relying on high-pressure sales tactics or canned scripts.
  • Running digital marketing campaigns or lead generation efforts.
  • Compromising the 2HL mission to appease skeptics.

  • Strong consultative sales skills with a history of converting interest into action.
