Are you a social media expert who's built a significant online presence? Ready to teach the next generation how to do the same? Alpha High School's groundbreaking AlphaX program is where ambitious teens learn to build powerful personal brands and become digital leaders.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media strategy, content creation, and community building. You'll work directly with students to help them build engaged audiences using cutting-edge AI tools and proven growth tactics. Think of yourself as a blend between a TikTok strategist, content coach, and startup advisor – guiding 50 emerging personal brands simultaneously.

What you will be doing

  • Create hands-on workshops teaching students how to grow authentic social media followings
  • Coach students on content strategy, from ideation to optimization using AI tools
  • Guide students in building their personal expertise areas into marketable brands
  • Teach analytical thinking about metrics that matter (not just likes and follows)
  • Connect students with relevant influencers and industry experts
  • Share real-world tactics that actually work in today's social landscape

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching outdated social media playbooks
  • Getting stuck in vanity metrics and shallow growth tactics
  • Handling school social media accounts
  • Getting bogged down in administrative work

Empower students to build authentic, engaged audiences around their expertise areas while helping them develop real-world digital marketing skills.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement for individuals, businesses, or clients
  • Experience growing and engaging online communities
  • Deep understanding of current social media trends and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools and AI platforms
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a talent for inspiring Gen Z
  • Proven high-level achievement in building your own online presence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to work on-site in Austin, TX. Relocation assistance is available
  • Able to work in the US without visa sponsorship
