What you will be doing
- Engaging with customers through calls and emails to discuss unpaid balances and confirm future payment plans
- Collaborating with the Finance team to update account statuses and relay important customer feedback
What you will NOT be doing
- Handling customer support queries or dealing with disputes
- Accounting or financial analysis
