Your responsibilities will center around understanding customer payment situations, discussing account discrepancies, and facilitating payment solutions in alignment with Trilogy’s financial objectives.

What you will be doing

  • Engaging with customers through calls and emails to discuss unpaid balances and confirm future payment plans
  • Collaborating with the Finance team to update account statuses and relay important customer feedback

What you will NOT be doing

  • Handling customer support queries or dealing with disputes
  • Accounting or financial analysis

Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring a high rate of successful debt recovery while maintaining Trilogy's positive customer relationships
