What you will be doing

  • Network Management: Configure and maintain networking systems, including Cisco and F5 equipment, troubleshoot and resolve network issues, and implement robust security measures.
  • Data Center Management: Maintain and manage data center equipment, coordinate with providers for hardware issues, and ensure the data center is organized and efficient.
  • System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular hardware maintenance, conduct firmware and OS updates, support software upgrades, and manage equipment moves, migrations, and recycling.
  • Incident Management: Monitor systems using various tools, manage customer circuits and SDWAN appliances, and administer Windows and Linux systems to ensure quick and effective incident response.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in network and data center management, routing configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in using Cisco network equipment and F5 load balancers
  • Experience with hardware servers management and preventative maintenance practices
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration
  • Experience with SDWAN appliances
  • Knowledge of SIP and SBC basics
  • Ability to support hardware maintenance, firmware, and OS updates
