Our 2 Hour Learning model compresses the academic day into focused, mastery-based sessions—freeing up time for students to pursue real challenges. Now, we’re ready to build out a physical model campus that adds the missing pieces: leadership experiences, peer competition, performance-driven culture, and the kind of community these students have been missing.
You’ll lead the design, validation, and public rollout of this model campus—with the goal of making it the prototype for a nationwide network. That means testing real-world programming, developing parent demand, building a culture that sticks, and crafting the playbooks to scale it all. You won’t be improving an existing school—you’ll be defining what “excellent” looks like, then operationalizing it at scale.
