What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering conventional lectures or following rigid curricula—you are not a traditional teacher, tutor, or teaching assistant
- Focusing solely on academic metrics while neglecting the critical personal development of each student
- Restricting learning to outdated methodologies when technology offers superior alternatives
Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Exceptional public speaking ability with proven capacity to engage and energize diverse audiences
- Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
- Demonstrated experience coaching or mentoring children in any capacity
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Commitment to work in-person at either our Brownsville or Nassau campus
- Availability to attend a fully-paid training program at our Austin, TX headquarters
