What you will be doing

  • Champion the voice of the student by conducting first-hand user research and converting feedback into game-changing product features
  • Leverage AI as your innovation partner, using tools like ChatGPT to accelerate product development and marketing initiatives
  • Drive end-to-end product development, from initial concept to successful launch and beyond
  • Lead and inspire external development teams to deliver exceptional product quality
  • Stay at the forefront of AI and learning science, constantly seeking opportunities to push educational boundaries

What you will NOT be doing

  • Relying on secondhand information – you'll be building direct relationships with our user base
  • Getting bogged down in traditional research cycles – we move fast and leverage AI to stay ahead
  • Delegating responsibility – you'll own both the victories and the challenges
  • Playing it safe – we're here to transform education, not make minor tweaks

Key responsibilities

Spearhead the development and delivery of AI-enhanced educational products that set new standards for student engagement and learning outcomes, while consistently exceeding user expectations.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of battle-tested product management experience
  • Demonstrated mastery of AI tools for product development, content creation, and process optimization
  • Expert-level ability to extract, analyze, and act on user insights through direct engagement
  • Strong track record of successfully leading development teams and maintaining premium quality standards
  • Sharp analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Superior communication skills with a talent for translating complex ideas into clear, actionable direction
