What you will be doing
- Design and implement custom Salesforce triggers, pricing configurations, and reusable components optimized for scalability and efficiency on Trilogy's new CloudSense platform.
- Create automation frameworks that minimize manual tasks, improve workflow performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Address technical challenges and document solutions in a format that enables AI systems to autonomously offer future recommendations and resolutions.
- Participate in customer calls to ensure project alignment, provide progress updates, and clarify objectives and priorities.
What you will NOT be doing
- Performing routine CPQ maintenance and basic system administration.
- Delegating technical tasks to a team of developers.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through high-quality consulting engagements that ensure customer success with Trilogy CPQ solutions.
Candidate requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in CPQ consulting, development, or implementation roles.
- Professional experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Ability to utilize AI for automation and process optimization, including the integration of AI solutions via APIs and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and at least one RDBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, or Microsoft SQL Server.
