Key responsibilities

Drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and retention rates through expert management and optimization of our BRM support systems.

Candidate requirements

  • Current residence in an EU-aligned time zone—non-negotiable for seamless collaboration
  • Demonstrated mastery of Java, with a portfolio of complex problem-solving in BRM contexts
  • Proven expertise with Oracle DB, Spring Boot, and J2EE in large-scale applications
  • Substantial experience in telecommunications OSS/BSS, with a track record of impactful contributions
  • Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for enhanced productivity and innovation
