Who said brain drain? More like brain export! This week Andrew reports on how Africa's tech talent is coding a new future. A future built on remote success! Catch the action in Episode 67.

Hey, Welcome Back!

Nigeria’s newest export isn’t oil… it’s brains!

And this market's just heating up.

🌞 Imagine a future so bright, it outshines the Sahara at noon. A bit dramatic maybe, but in this case closer to truth than fiction.

African countries like Nigeria are leaping onto the global stage, not with resources, but with their greatest asset - sharp minds ready to conquer tech.

Yes, you heard that right.

Africa is not just about safaris and sunsets anymore. It's about savvy and software, and it’s making the tech world sit up and take notice.

Why this shift, you ask?

Three words: Remote. Work. Revolution.

It’s changing the future of work in tech and transforming the continent into a stronghold of up-and-coming tech talent.

The brightest minds in technology are destined to come from Africa!

But how did this happen?

This week, I’m in Lagos, Nigeria reporting on a new vision for Africa.

This is where the blueprint for the future of remote working will come from - and it couldn’t be more exciting!

If your vision of Africa is still based on the adventures of Simba: listen up!

😔 The West has fallen behind in the race for remote work adoption since the pandemic. So many people who found happiness, freedom and flexibility have been forced to return to the office.

Real talk: The remote conversation in the US, isn’t the same as in Africa.

🚗 The sh*tty commute ≠ access to top jobs

🏠 WFH Fridays ≠ financial growth

💸 Remote pay cuts ≠ economic stability

The next thirty years? It belongs to the largest population of working age people on the African continent. Nigeria is showing the world what can be accomplished when ambition, skill and talent meet international opportunity.

✊🏾 It's time for a homegrown revolution.

No more:

🤩 Land-locked jobs that pay too little and demand workaholism for survival

🤑 Currency devaluation that makes building a life at home impossible

😍 Having to leave their home country to create the life they’ve always wanted

And it’s only going to rise over the next 26 years.

That means new innovation, creation and growth in Africa on a scale that the global market has never experienced before!

Something incredible has happened that has allowed developing countries like Nigeria to tap into global opportunity and secure better paying jobs that – historically – they’ve never had access to.

⚡ That something is remote work.

In Africa they focus on what matters.

These young tech warriors are poised to dominate, drawing serious capital from the global West to the heart of Africa.

Nigeria will lead the way with the highest brain exports on the continent.

And the stakes? They're huge.

With over a billion lives set for transformation, this is a seismic jolt in global tech.

The new vision involves:

📈 Exponential economic growth for African countries

🧑🏿 A huge boost in stability for young Africans looking to excel

🦾 Influence in the global technology space as AI gains momentum

In this episode, I speak candidly about a continent that is seizing on every opportunity remote work offers. And it will change everything.

Their lives, their country and the global workplace of the future.

This is Africa.
