This role is a unique blend of strategic content management, creative service innovation, and hands-on client consultation. You won’t just be renewing contracts or ensuring software adoption—you’ll be directly involved in shaping content strategies, managing a network of creative professionals, and driving new revenue through upselling and expanding services. What you will be doing

  • Expansion Proposals & Presentations: Preparing and presenting proposals for account expansion, followed by the necessary follow-ups to close deals
  • Customer Account Management: Meeting with customers to discuss needs, projects, and strategies to ensure account success and satisfaction
  • Upsell and Service Expansion: Identifying and pitching new product offerings to customers to expand their engagement and drive revenue growth

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure sustained customer retention and revenue growth by managing customer accounts for success, driving upsell opportunities, and expanding customer engagement with new and existing product offerings

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or customer success
  • Familiarity with basic content marketing concepts (e.g., buyer personas, SEO optimization)
