Candidate requirements

  • Currently based in the United States or Canada, as frequent travel to channel partner sites is required
  • At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as sales, account management, business development, or customer success
  • Experience in channel sales
  • Basic technical literacy to understand cybersecurity, backup, or IT-related concepts
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT and Perplexity
