What you will be doing

  • Use AI-enhanced communication tools to nurture and expand existing partner relationships, ensuring personalized and long-lasting collaborations.
  • Leverage AI-driven market intelligence to identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with our business goals, using data-driven targeting and automated outreach.
  • Utilize AI analytics and automated reporting to monitor and assess partner performance, providing real-time insights and predictive analysis to leadership.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in traditional management practices; this role is hands-on, supported by structured quality assurance processes.
  • Spending the majority of your time on partner recruitment.
  • Worrying about monthly earnings; focus on strategic growth instead.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of strategic partnerships to achieve quicker market entry, improved partner retention, and increased revenue.

Candidate requirements

  • Residency in the United States or Canada, with frequent travel to partner sites.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role, such as sales, account management, business development, or customer success.
  • Experience in channel sales.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, backup, or IT concepts.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
