What you will be doing

  • Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: Seek out, recruit, and onboard new partners to broaden our channel network, evaluating their alignment with our company’s values, goals, market reach, and capabilities.
  • Training and Development: Equip partners with essential training and resources to effectively market and support our products. This includes product knowledge, sales techniques, and ongoing professional development to enhance their skills.
  • Performance Monitoring and Management: Regularly assess partner performance against set benchmarks and metrics, reviewing sales figures, customer feedback, and other indicators to identify areas for enhancement.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Selling directly to end-user customers
  • Focusing on the number of interactions over the quality of engagements with partners
  • Concerned with unpredictable earnings and excessive travel demands

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sustained revenue growth by effectively managing and optimizing a network of distributors, resellers, and MSPs through the use of Generative AI tools

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in generative AI, including the use of multiple AI tools, workflow automation, and custom GPTs; experience limited to LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content creation is insufficient
  • 1+ year of indirect channel sales experience in the software industry (direct sales experience is not applicable)
