This position is far from your average channel sales role. You will be expected to master and implement Generative AI tools, ensuring our partnerships are not only sustained but also optimized and expanded through strategic, data-driven methodologies. Your role will involve meticulous partner recruitment, dynamic training sessions, and rigorous performance evaluations—all powered by advanced AI.

What you will be doing

  • Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: Seek out, recruit, and onboard new partners to broaden the channel network. This involves assessing potential partners' alignment with the company's values and objectives, as well as their market presence and capabilities.
  • Training and Development: Equip partners with essential training and resources to effectively sell and support the product. This includes product education, sales strategies, and ongoing professional development to enhance their skills.
  • Performance Monitoring and Management: Continuously track partner performance against established benchmarks and metrics. This involves regular evaluation of sales data, customer feedback, and other performance indicators to pinpoint areas for improvement.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Directly selling to end-user customers
  • Focusing on the quantity of interactions over the quality of your engagements with partners
  • Worrying about unpredictable earnings and relentless travel demands

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sustained revenue growth by effectively managing and optimizing a network of distributors, resellers, and MSPs using GenerativeAI tools

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced generative AI proficiency (e.g., use of multiple AI tools, ability to automate workflows and create custom GPTs); if you've only used LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation, that will be deemed insufficient
  • 1+ year of indirect channel sales experience in the software industry (direct sales experience does not count)
