What you will be doing

  • Architect the Future of Partnerships: Leverage AI to identify, recruit, and onboard partners who align perfectly with GFI's vision and values. Your AI-enhanced approach will ensure we're not just growing our network, but cultivating a ecosystem of high-performing, symbiotic partnerships.
  • Empower Through Innovation: Design and deliver cutting-edge training programs that blend traditional sales wisdom with AI-driven insights. You'll equip our partners with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in an AI-enhanced sales landscape.
  • Orchestrate Success with Data: Harness the power of AI to monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance. You'll use predictive analytics to identify trends, address challenges before they arise, and unlock new avenues for growth.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing end-users: Your focus is on empowering our partners, not competing with them.
  • Sacrificing quality for quantity: We value meaningful, AI-enhanced engagements over a flurry of superficial interactions.
  • Battling unpredictable commissions or constant travel: Our AI-driven approach allows for strategic, efficient partner management without the traditional pitfalls of sales roles.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by masterfully managing and optimizing our network of distributors, resellers, and MSPs, leveraging state-of-the-art GenerativeAI tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated mastery of generative AI tools, including the ability to create custom GPTs and automate complex workflows. (Note: Basic LLM usage for research or content creation is not sufficient for this role.)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in indirect channel sales within the software industry. Direct sales experience, while valuable, does not meet this specific requirement.
