Description

Are you energized by the opportunity to shape the future of education while building meaningful relationships with families? Join us in a role where you'll take ownership of the entire parent experience - from first-day excitement through long-term success.

This isn't your typical support role. You'll be the architect of parent satisfaction, combining your natural talent for relationship building with your drive to create scalable solutions. While others might focus solely on day-to-day support, you'll be empowered to identify patterns, propose improvements, and implement changes that enhance the experience for all families.

In this role, you'll leverage both your emotional intelligence and technical aptitude to ensure parents feel confident and supported throughout their journey. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and technology, all while maintaining the personal touch that makes families feel valued and understood. If you're excited about the intersection of education, technology, and exceptional service, this role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on impact.

What you will be doing

  • Guide families through our onboarding process with a focus on building confidence and setting them up for long-term success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, delivering responsive, empathetic support while maintaining consistently high satisfaction scores
  • Proactively identify and support at-risk families through data analysis and relationship-building
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and parent experience
  • Create and refine documentation, training materials, and resources that scale our ability to support families effectively

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following rigid scripts or sticking to inflexible processes - we value your creativity and initiative in solving problems
  • Focusing solely on reactive support - this role emphasizes proactive relationship-building and strategic improvements
  • Working in isolation - you'll collaborate with various teams to implement your ideas for enhancing the parent experience

Key responsibilities

Deliver seamless onboarding and exceptional parent support to drive satisfaction, retention, and scalability within our growing educational community.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Parent Liaison, or Education Support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of professional correspondence
  • Experience using CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and workflow management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality output
  • Track record of proactive problem-solving and taking initiative to improve processes
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly
  • Must be available to work US business hours (7am - 7pm ET)
