What you will be doing

  • Orchestrate AI-Powered Customer Journeys: Utilize advanced AI tools to create personalized, proactive customer experiences that anticipate needs and drive engagement.
  • Innovate Product Engagement: Spearhead AI-driven initiatives to enhance product interaction, including smart recommendations and tailored user experiences.
  • Catalyze Growth and Retention: Leverage AI insights to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities while implementing cutting-edge strategies to minimize churn.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing new leads or handling customer acquisition
  • Managing day-to-day technical support tickets
  • Engaging in product development or engineering tasks

Key responsibilities

  • Champion customer success by harnessing AI to:
    • Preemptively address customer needs before they become issues
    • Craft hyper-personalized interactions that resonate with each client
    • Uncover and capitalize on strategic upselling opportunities
    • Drive measurable increases in customer retention, engagement, and overall business growth

Candidate requirements

  • A proven track record of at least 2 years in customer success within the B2B software landscape
  • Hands-on experience with cutting-edge GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard
  • A passion for leveraging technology to transform customer relationships
