What you will be doing

  • Chasing new leads or cold-calling potential customers

  • Manually compiling and analyzing customer data

Key responsibilities

Drive exponential customer retention, engagement, and business growth by leveraging cutting-edge AI to anticipate needs, personalize interactions, and unlock high-value upselling opportunities across our client base.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer success experience in B2B software, with a track record of driving retention and growth
  • Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard), showcasing your ability to integrate AI into customer success strategies
