What you will be doing

  • Harness AI to revolutionize customer interactions, delivering personalized, proactive support that anticipates needs before they arise
  • Leverage machine learning algorithms to optimize product engagement, crafting tailored recommendations that drive user adoption and satisfaction
  • Spearhead AI-driven growth strategies, identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities while minimizing churn through predictive analytics

What you will NOT be doing

  • Cold calling or chasing new leads - your focus is on nurturing and growing existing customer relationships
  • Drowning in a sea of support tickets - our AI-first approach means you'll be strategically addressing customer needs, not firefighting
  • Coding or product development - while your insights will shape our offerings, your role is centered on customer success, not engineering

Key responsibilities

Drive transformative business outcomes by leveraging AI to proactively address customer needs, personalize interactions at scale, and unlock high-value growth opportunities, resulting in industry-leading retention rates and customer lifetime value.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer success experience in B2B software, with a track record of driving retention and growth
  • Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, showcasing your ability to leverage AI in practical, business-driving applications
