What you will be doing

  • Engage with customers by employing AI to streamline issue resolution, conduct personalized check-ins, and analyze feedback to enhance communication.
  • Drive product engagement with AI-powered recommendations, virtual assistance, and personalized user experiences.
  • Focus on optimizing strategies to boost growth and minimize churn through upselling and customer success enhancements.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in the acquisition of new customers
  • Managing technical support tickets
  • Participating in product development

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize AI to proactively meet customer needs, personalize interactions, and identify opportunities for upselling, ultimately increasing retention, engagement, and business growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success within the B2B software sector
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard
