What you will be doing

  • Harness AI to transform customer interactions, delivering personalized solutions and driving engagement to new heights.
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI insights to optimize product engagement, crafting tailored experiences that keep customers coming back for more.
  • Spearhead growth initiatives using AI-driven strategies, identifying upsell opportunities and slashing churn rates with precision.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing new leads or cold calling potential customers—your focus is on nurturing and growing existing relationships.
  • Getting bogged down in technical support tickets—we have dedicated teams for that.
  • Engaging in product development—your expertise is in maximizing the value of our existing solutions.

Key responsibilities

Drive business growth by leveraging AI to proactively address customer needs, personalize interactions, and unlock upselling opportunities, ultimately increasing customer retention and engagement.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer success experience in B2B software, with a track record of driving results.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, demonstrating your ability to leverage cutting-edge technology.
