What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing

  • Cold calling or chasing new leads - your focus is on nurturing and growing existing high-value relationships.
  • Getting bogged down in routine technical support - our AI systems handle the basics, freeing you to focus on strategic interactions.
  • Developing products - your role is to maximize the value of our existing solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities

Your primary mission: Leverage AI to proactively address customer needs, personalize interactions, and unlock upselling opportunities - driving increased retention, engagement, and business growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of battle-tested customer success experience in the B2B software arena
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard) - you've seen the future and you're ready to shape it
