What you will be doing

  • Leverage AI for hyper-personalized customer interactions, from issue resolution to proactive check-ins

  • Implement data-driven strategies to boost upselling and reduce churn

What you will NOT be doing

  • Cold calling or acquiring new customers
  • Handling routine technical support tickets
  • Engaging in product development or coding
  • Managing traditional, non-AI-driven customer relationships
  • Conducting manual data analysis without AI assistance

Key responsibilities

Transform customer success metrics by leveraging AI to anticipate needs, personalize interactions, and unlock high-value growth opportunities, directly impacting retention and revenue.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer success experience in B2B software
  • Proven track record with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard)
