Description

Ready to be at the forefront of an educational revolution? We're on a mission to transform how students learn through cutting-edge AI technology, and we need a dynamic Customer Success Manager to help make it happen. Our platform achieves the extraordinary: students master their academics in half the time while actually enjoying the learning process!

As our implementation virtuoso, you'll be the bridge between innovative technology and educational excellence. Based in the US Eastern/Central time zones, you'll combine the flexibility of remote work with impactful on-site school visits, directly contributing to a future where education breaks traditional boundaries.

If you're passionate about educational transformation, tech-savvy, and love seeing your work make a real difference in students' lives, we want to hear from you. This isn't just another tech job – it's an opportunity to reshape the future of learning.

What you will be doing

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

  • Orchestrating seamless platform deployments that transform schools into digital learning powerhouses
  • Becoming the technical wizard who makes SIS integrations and system configurations look like child's play
  • Empowering educators through dynamic training sessions that turn tech-hesitant staff into platform champions
  • Creating crystal-clear documentation that scales our success story across multiple schools
  • Being the guardian of implementation success, spotting and solving challenges before they become problems

What you will NOT be doing

Let's be clear about what this role isn't:

  • No sales hustling - your focus is making our existing partners shine
  • No basic tech support tickets - you're here for the big-picture implementation strategy
  • No cookie-cutter processes - you'll help craft our implementation playbook
  • No permanent home office setup - you'll be hitting the road to work magic in schools

Key responsibilities

Your overarching mission is to be the architect of school success stories. You'll craft seamless technical implementations, deliver game-changing training sessions, and provide strategic support that transforms our partner schools into centers of educational excellence. Your work directly impacts student achievement by ensuring our platform delivers on its revolutionary promise.

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate will bring to the table:

  • A proven 3+ year track record of implementation or customer success wizardry in SaaS or edtech
  • Technical troubleshooting abilities that would make Sherlock Holmes proud
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS platforms and a sixth sense for data privacy
  • The gift of making complex tech concepts sound like everyday conversation
  • Project management skills that keep multiple plates spinning without dropping any
  • The independence of a self-starter combined with the collaborative spirit of a team player
  • Home base in US Eastern/Central time zones and enthusiasm for 50% travel
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
